Xaverian High School
Located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, Xaverian High School is a Catholic, all-male preparatory school operated by the Xaverian Brothers. The Blacksmiths robotics team reflects the school's commitment to brotherhood, faith, and service.
Team 806 was founded as part of the FIRST Robotics Competition — an international high-school robotics program designed to inspire young people to become science and technology leaders. Students spend the six-week build season designing, fabricating, and programming a complex robot that competes at regional and district events.
